Well, this was the last of the Great Plains Tour 99. Not too many people showed up to this race. After the fact I can see why. It was cold and rainy all day long. Tony finished third, and Josh finished second. That is all that raced this week. Chuck didn't want to waste the money, and Brian still didn't have that Blaster running yet. He has about a month to get it running before the world finals. Fred coundn't wake up the morning of the race, so he didn't race.
